'MP4U' starts on spot where barely a medical institution in Germany is searching or has access to foreign experts:
We are recruiting personnel directly in their home country by experienced and qualified recruiters. We are conducting application interviews in their mother language and we are inspecting their application documents. In order to guarantee a successful recruitment in Germany, we are scrutinising all documents very carefully. We will consent to those applicants of which we are convinced that they will succeed with a new start in Germnay. This is in our eyes a big liability towards each applicant and of course also towards each client.
Besides the recruitment, through our own language school we are also providing that all applicants are brought to the very best language level, so that they are able to conclude their TELC B2 language certificate with minimum 80 points. Herewith we are facilitating the linguistic communication in Germany or at the work place for everyone.
In order to bring applicant and employer together, we are inviting the staff decision makers from Germany to the home country of the applicant, so that they can get a concrete idea about their future employee and draw up a labour contract possibly directly on spot.
After arriving in Germany, our job is not done yet. Our relocation team on spot will be always at the applicant's disposal for support, so that the professional and social start will be easier. During the probation time and further on we will continue to be a trustable contact and we will try to find solutions for any problems which might occur.
Actually we have branches in Munich, Berlin, Istanbul and Budapest. The planning for Brasil, Russia and China continues. Then we will have branches in these countries as well.
